The European Medicines Agency (EMEA) has recommended that the European Commission grant marketing authorization to Baxter's "swine flu" jab called Celvapan.
The European Commission granted marketing authorization Focetria (Novartis) and Pandemrix (GlaxoSmithKline) on September 30.
Unlike Focetria and Pandemrix, Celvapan does not contain a lethal adjuvant, but there are unconfirmed reports it will contain nanochips.

Baxter contaminated 72 kilos of vaccine material with the live bird flu virus in his biosecurity level 3 facilities in Austria in February and distributed to 16 labs, so nearly sparking a global pandemic.
