Has Baxter Released a Bioweapon in the Ukraine?

Baxter seems to have quite a record of "accidents" in its history. In February of this year, Bloomberg reported on Baxter "accidentally" sending vaccine material containing live Avian bird flu and seasonal influenza viruses to multiple laboratories worldwide. Years ago, they also accidentally treated thousands of haemophiliacs with blood products they produced which contained HIV. Thousands of patients died; infecting their spouses in the process.

A few months ago, a man named Joseph Moshe was arrested in Los Angeles for allegedly making threats against the White House. The report appeared on the internet and caused a bit of a stir among skeptics wanting to know the true reasons behind the man's arrest. As it turns out, Moshe was a Mossad Agent who specialized in biological warfare. He actually had called into a radio show to warn people of a biological weapon that would cause a plague upon its release. He claimed it was made by Baxter and would be spread through vaccines.

In Moshe's claim he gave the location where the bioweapon was being produced: Baxter's laboratory in the Ukraine. He made this claim in the beginning of August - over two months before the plague-like outbreak currently ripping through the Ukraine. It has been confirmed that Baxter does have a presence in the Ukraine.
