Many have fears of getting swine flu, but could the vaccine be even worse? (AP Photo)Once again the mainstream American media is strongly one-sided and very adamant that all Americans should get the swine flu vaccination as soon as possible. The media and government once again teaming up to put fear into the American people. Are there any possible negative side effects from this vaccine? Who exactly is responsible for making the vaccine? What are all of the ingredients in the vaccine and do any of the chemicals have potentially long term negative side effects?

Oddly the mainstream media does not seem to be asking any of these questions or suggesting that the vaccination may not be proven to be safe. The media is continually expressing to us to get the shot and trust out government. Well it seems of late a lot more Americans are not trusting their government and perhaps they should not, considering the multitude of problems our country currently faces. What specifically could be so bad about getting the government approved vaccine?

Information was brought to the attention of the Association of British Neurologists and the UK Health Protection Agency that there may be a deadly link between Guillain-Barre Syndrome and the swine flu vaccine. This syndrome consists of an autoimmune disorder which damages sheathing around nerves, consequently negatively impacting the spinal cord and brain. This could lead to paralysis, where in the worse case scenario a person would need a respirator to breathe. Not to mention there is no cure for Guillain-Barre Syndrome. Dying or being disabled for life, just from taking a vaccine may seem a little scary, but it gets worse.

For those of you around in 1976 when the first swine flu hit may remember that 40 million people got the swine flu vaccine, but after 25 people died from respiratory failure and paralysis the vaccine was discontinued. Most disturbingly close to 100,000 people got Guillain-Barre Syndrome from the swine flu vaccinations. There was a total of 1 person that died from swine flu. I guess our government was wrong on that one.

Another ingredient of concern implemented in the vaccine is squalene, which can be found in oil. The effects of squalene have been connected to acquiring Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and ALS. Squalene has also shown to cause autoimmunity in some cases. Instead of these major flaws being subjected to medical professionals in our country, only in the UK has these life threatening information been taken into account.

Alright whose excited to get a shot now? I think you can take me off the list. Why is this vital information not being brought to our attention? This is totally unacceptable that our government would urge all Americans to get a shot that has deadly ingredients and that thousands of medical experts around the world are against. Seriously people are we just going to believe everything our government tells us and do whatever they say? Mr. President I think we deserve some answers. I just hope they don't come after it's too late.
