From a Letter

So I got pretty freaked out about this when I first started hearing rumors of what's to come, but Im becoming more complacent and distanced now because school started for me.
What I heard about two weeks ago:
-Baxter and Novartis contaminated vaccines
-Patents for these vaccines&viruses filed as early as 2007
-Flu Pandemic raised to level 6
-Rumsfield owns large share of Tamiflu stocks
-WHO has power to force-vaccinate
-Bracelets/roadblocks/busses/quarantine sites
