AUTISM PREVENTION FATHER BABIES 24-34 PATERNAL AGE IS KEY IN NON-FAMILIAL AUTISMVaccines

"It is very possible that PATERNAL AGE is the major predictor of(non-familial) autism." Harry Fisch, M.D., author "The Male Biological Clock". Sperm DNA mutates and autism, schizophrenia bipolar etc. results. What is the connection with autoimmune disorders? Having Type 1 diabetes, SLE,etc. in the family, also if mother had older father. NW Cryobank will not accept a sperm donor past 35th BD to minimize genetic abnormalities.VACCINATIONS also cause autism.

THIS IS HOGWASH THERE ARE SO MANY DIFFERENT GENETIC MUTATIONS INVOLVED IN AUTISM THE ANSWER IS TO CRYOBANK SPERM FOR ANY FATHERING OF BABIES PAST 32

Wassink said. "Now we can move forward to more precisely pinpoint those genes, which may eventually help us develop better treatments for the disorder."

Instead, the mutation is a germline mosaic -- meaning the deletion occurred only in the father's sperm cells when he himself was in gestation. As result, the father did not have autism, but his two children, both daughters, inherited from him a chromosome that was missing a small piece of DNA that contained neurexin 1. The daughters now have autism

There is no proof that this mosaicism did not occur later in this father's life. How old is this father and how old is the first daughter? No one bothers to report on the age of the father or the possible exposure of this father to spermatogonia altering chemicals or radiation. This is an example of product based science and a lack of honest reporting of any specifics about the father's age. I am not saying that Dr. Wassink is not correct, but he should provide information as to the father's age, occupation, possible illnesses, toxic exposures, etc. etc.

I think this "science" is a shameless exploitation of disorders that are brought about by known risk factors of increasing paternal age, increasing age of maternal grandfather at the time of the mother's birth, a family history of autoimmune disorders such as type 1 diabetes, and Hashimoto's thyroiditis, etc., a family history of autism and ASDs, a family history of schizophrenia, etc., etc. Knowledge of the science male biological clock should be studied beginning in the early years of high school and cryobanking of sperm practiced in one's 20s to 30 which would cut down the risk of autism and other genetic disorders. The business of autism is florishing and the rate of autism keeps rising.
